This ceremony was held in the presence of NOPA President, Dr. Mehrzad Hamidi and some 250 artists and athletes.

” I am very delighted to be among you who create sport concepts in the perspective of art. NOPA seeks to promote the role of art in sport from past to present and such sport and art exhibitions help to promote of sport in the country. Your efficient attendance cause to the development of quality. Thank to Organizing Committee and the all participants and congratulate the winners of the 4thedition.” Dr. Hamidi said.  
At the end of this ceremony the winners of each 4 categories: Sculpture, Painting, cartoon and poster, received their prices and diplomas.
