The  National Olympic & Paralympic Academy is located in the Enqelab Sports Complex in north of Tehran, capital of Iran. The complex has 2 main entrances from south and west which lead the Vali-Asr Avenue at its east, the Niayesh Highway at its south and the Seoul Avenue at its west.
